Spanish and Chinese for ages 5 - 8

IST is considering opening new entry-level Junior School Chinese and Spanish classes for 2011/2011. These "ab initio" classes would be mixed J1 / J2 groups for ages 5 - 8, meeting for half a day in Chinese or Spanish and following the school's regular timetable and programme structure. They would still have Music, Physical Education, Field Trips, Visiting Speakers and so on. The students would then join a regular English class for the other half of the day.

The festival is geared toward families with children 3 to 12 years old. It is presented by MAKE WAY FOR BOOKS in partnership with the Pima County Public Library. Story Town entertainment, workshops (first come first served), and parking in the Joel D. Valdez Main Library garage are free.

Sarkozy bribing scandal rocks the whole French government

It was reported by the Economist that two junior ministers from the French government have resigned over expense report discrepancies like $ 15,000 Cuban cigars and $ 147,489 for a private jet to fly to "a conference devoted to the penniless victims of the Haiti earthquake." Now scandals regarding the acceptance of illegal campaign contributions have touched French Labor Minister Eric Woerth and even President Nicolas Sarkozy.
