ADULTS
Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7p-8p and Sundays from 9a-10a for eight weeks.
Materials presented are for anyone. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. You can train barefoot, but it's optional. Bring a water bottle to be sure you get plenty of water. Expect little or no sweating, but you will flush toxins out and lots of water is needed.
