Five Points
(Two Year Transitional Housing Program)

Five Points provides furnished
private rooms and is located at 720 S. 6th Avenue.
Rent is 30% of income with a $125.00 security deposit. Utilities, food,
and shared phone with voice mail are included. Applicants must income
qualify, be working at least 25 hours a week upon entry, and be substance
free for 30 days. Common kitchen, dining, and living room
areas are available for all residents. Five Points is a transitional
program offering case management, life skills groups, and a community

Winstel Apartments
(Two Year Transitional Housing Program)

The Winstel Apartments are
fully furnished, Jr. 1 bedroom apartments, located at 2191 S. Winstel
Ave. near the Palo Verde overpass. Renting for $383.00 per month, utilities
included with a $175.00 security deposit, this 2 year transitional housing
program offers support services through on site case management, and
is a drug and alcohol free environment. For more information contact

The Alamo Apartments (Permanent
Affordable Housing)

The Alamo Apartments are furnished,
efficiency apartments, located at 733 S. Stone. Rents vary from
$200.00 a month to $350 with a $125.00 deposit. Applicants must
income qualify. Great for someone on social security. The
Alamo offers a clean and sober environment and permanent affordable

Las Casitas Apartments
(Permanent Affordable Housing)

Las Casitas Apartments are
unfurnished, 2 bedroom, 1 & ¾ bath apartments, located at 3644
E. 4th St. Renting for $450.00 per month with a $250.00
security deposit, each unit includes a fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer

Casa Paloma (Two Year
Transitional Housing Program)

Casa Paloma provides furnished
private rooms. Rent is 30% of income. No security deposit
is required. Utilities, food, and shared phone are included.
Applicants must income qualify, be substance free for 90 days, and are
required to be working at least 20 hours a week within 5 weeks of entry,
obtain entitlement benefits, or start schooling. Common kitchen,
dining, and living room areas are available for all residents.
Casa Paloma is a transitional program offering case management, life
skills groups, and a community atmosphere. Links to employment/training

Catalina House
(Two Year Transitional Housing Program)

rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas. Rent is 30% of income.
A $125 security deposit is required. Utilities are included.
Applicants must income qualify, be substance free for 6 months, be homeless
at move in, and employed full-time or enrolled in Jackson Employment
Center. Catalina House is a transitional program offering case
management, life skills groups, and a community atmosphere. Links

Women in Transition (WIT)
(Two Year Transitional Housing Program)

WIT provides furnished rooms
with shared bathrooms and common areas for unaccompanied women who are
employed or employment bound. Rent is $225 per month. A
$125 security deposit is required. Utilities are included.
Applicants must income qualify and be substance free for 6 months.
WIT is a transitional program offering case management, life skills
groups, and a community atmosphere. Links to employment/training

CASA (Two
Year Transitional Housing Program for Single Parent Families)

homeless single parents with physical and legal custody of the children
residing with them. The CASA program is a joint collaboration between
Primavera and Jackson Employment Center offering full subsidy for rent
and utilities. Applicants must income qualify, be substance free
for 6 months, complete a 2 week training period at JEC, and be
able to secure an apartment lease in their name. The CASA program offers
individualized case management including life skills. For more information

CASA II (Two Year
Transitional Housing Program for Working Parents)

single parents or couples with physical and legal custody of the children
residing with them. The CASA II program offers a leasing subsidy of
$345/month. Applicants must income qualify, be substance
free for 6 months, be working full time upon entry, and be able to secure
an apartment lease in their name. The CASA II program offers individualized

Bridges (Two Year
Transitional Housing Program for Working Parents)

single parents or couples with physical and legal custody of the children
residing with them. Applicants must income qualify, be working full
time upon entry, and be substance free for 6 months. Bridges
provides furnished two and three-bedroom apartments including a utility
allowance. Program fee is 20% of monthly income. (a minimum of $200
with a cap of $275). A $200 security deposit is required upon
entry. The Bridges program offers individualized case management

Transitional Housing
for the Disabled-THD (One year Transitional Housing Program)

homeless men or women diagnosed with mental or physical disability or
elderly participants who are applying for Social Security income and
benefits. Participants must have 6 months sobriety/emotional stability
and be willing to work with a case manager on an individualized case
plan. Program fees are $50.00 a month with a $100.00 deposit. For more
