About Us

TucsonKids is an online community for parents and their kids. We're interested in everything -- ideas, resources, books, events, advice, news and activities -- that concerns our children and enriches their lives. No other Tucson website provides this service.

TucsonKids runs on the 'community plumbing' called Drupal. It's an opensource development platform and, quite frankly, we love it. It's the reason a site like ours can be so powerful, yet so easy to use. more

There is a lot of content, but unlike other sites, ours is specific and searchable. Results are presented in a usable format, not just endless lists through which to look.

TucsonKids is focused only on kids and their families. Most other sites are about something else, and the kid's section is an afterthought. We love that this site is used and enjoyed by so many families in the Tucson area.
