How Do I List My Announcements or Events On The Site?


Create an account under the Login/Register link or use this link: http://tucsonkids.com/user/register.

When logged in, use the 'Create content -> Event' menu link. Enter your details and content type.
Most content types are self explanatory.

Use the Announcements forum for ongoing classes or whatever seems appropriate.

See the Classified FAQ for Classifieds.

Events appear in the 'Upcoming events' block. Your event will automatically be removed from the calendar after its ending time has passed. However, it will still show up in search results, popular content and when browsing.

NOTE: Please be polite and set real start and end dates for your event. Do not enter a long running class and set the end date on the last day of class. It messes up the Calendar view for everyone. When we notice we will remove the event and, if repeated, will get you banned from the site.
