We will start our morning at the Lohse Family YMCA located in beautiful downtown Tucson and stretch our legs all the way to Old Main!

Beginner-Intermediate level hike. Adjust to your level\:
2 miles one way\, with transportation back to the Y provided with pre-reg. 4 miles roundtrip. One water station at the 2mile stop. All ages. Free. Stroller friendly path.

Master Sam F.S Chin is in Mesa to present I-Liq Chuan. I-Liq Chuan is a wonderful and complete system. Practice consists of elegant solo and partner drills that can compliment your existing meditative\, martial or fitness activities. Materials presented will be for continuing practitioners as well as those new to the art. All are welcome from any discipline.
